1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Nixaroid, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You may not share your account with anyone else
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Wallet & Funds

Nixaroid uses a dual-wallet system (Digital Wallet and Bills Wallet) to organize your funds. Key rules:

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your wallet balance
• Wallet balances cannot be transferred to another user's account
• You can transfer funds from Bills Wallet to Digital Wallet only
• Failed transactions are automatically refunded to the wallet used for payment
• We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent deposits

4. Services & Delivery

• Most services are delivered instantly, typically within 30 seconds
• Some services may take up to 24 hours during peak demand
• Digital products (ebooks, courses, software) are non-refundable once downloaded
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Nixaroid to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities
• Use automated systems (bots) to abuse the platform
• Attempt to hack, crack, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Resell our services without authorization
• Engage in any activity that harms other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nixaroid is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Funds from fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nixaroid after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
